Each vegetarian capsule of NOW Tart Cherry contains 500 mg of a 50:1 tart cherry (Prunus cerasus) fruit concentrate made from Montmorency tart cherries grown in the USA. This variety of sour cherry is valued for its anthocyanin content, phytochemicals that give the fruit its bright red color and antioxidant activity.

Other ingredients are hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), and silicon dioxide. The formula is non-GMO, vegetarian, and vegan. NOW suggests 1 capsule daily, taken with food if you have a sensitive stomach.
