Description

Each tablet of NOW Kelp supplies 150 mcg of elemental iodine (100% DV) from 30 mg of organic kelp (Laminaria spp.), a large brown seaweed that grows in cold ocean waters. Iodine is essential for healthy thyroid function.

Tablets carry a vegetarian film coating of hypromellose, stearic acid, sunflower lecithin, and sunflower oil, with ascorbyl palmitate and microcrystalline cellulose rounding out the formula. NOW suggests one tablet daily with a meal from this 200-count bottle.
