Each vegetarian softgel of NOW Flax Oil contains 1,000 mg of organic flax seed oil (Linum usitatissimum), cold pressed and hexane free to help preserve its naturally occurring omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid.

The softgel shell is made from glycerin, modified starch, carrageenan, and water rather than gelatin, making the whole product vegan and vegetarian friendly. It's free of yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, and egg ingredients, with 120 softgels per bottle.
