N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) is a stable form of the non-essential amino acid cysteine. It acts as a building block for glutathione, one of the body's key antioxidant compounds, and supports healthy immune function.
Each tablet delivers 1,000 mg of NAC. NOW's suggested use is 1 tablet taken 1 to 3 times daily.
The tablets are Kosher, Non-GMO, and vegan, and made without wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut, or sesame ingredients.
