Triphala is a classic Ayurvedic combination of three dried fruits: amla berry, haritaki, and bibhitaki, ground into a fine powder.

Organic Traditions' version is a natural source of fiber, vitamin C, and iron, and is traditionally stirred into water, coconut water, juice, or smoothies, or sprinkled over yogurt.

It comes in a 7 oz (200g) package and may be produced in a facility that also processes tree nuts and sesame.
