These honey lemon lozenges carry the same triple-action blend as the rest of the Sambucus Immune line: organic black elderberry extract, 5 mg of zinc, and 90 mg of vitamin C per lozenge.

The flavor is rounded out with organic honey, organic lemon oil, and organic cane sugar, dissolved slowly for convenient on-the-go use.*
