Description

Each fast-dissolving strip from Essential Source delivers 2,000 mcg of B12 as methylcobalamin, along with 5 mg of vitamin B6 (P5P), 800 mcg of folic acid (5-MTHF), and 2,500 mcg of biotin.

The strip dissolves on the tongue for sublingual absorption, is naturally sweetened with stevia, and the brand notes it contains no egg, fish, shellfish, gluten, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, or soy.

This larger 90-strip box is roughly a three-month supply at one strip a day; adults take one to two strips daily, letting each dissolve fully for best absorption.
