Description

This dry, water-dispersible form of vitamin A combines 50% beta-carotene with 50% retinyl palmitate to deliver 3,000 mcg (10,000 IU) per tablet, at 333% of the daily value.

Country Life built the tablet around a simple coating of tapioca maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, sustainable palm oil, and guar gum, and the formula is certified gluten-free, vegan, halal, and kosher.

Adults take one tablet daily with food, without exceeding the recommended dose.
