NOW Boron Veg Capsules provide 3 mg of the trace mineral boron per capsule, sourced from calcium borogluconate. Boron is a trace element the body uses in small amounts as part of a varied nutrient intake.

Each capsule is made with rice flour, a hypromellose cellulose shell, vegetable-source stearic acid, and non-GMO maltodextrin, without wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut, or sesame ingredients. NOW suggests taking one capsule daily with a meal.
