Description

NOW Calcium & Magnesium tablets combine three forms each of calcium (carbonate, citrate, ascorbate) and magnesium (oxide, citrate, ascorbate) in a 2:1 ratio, delivering 1,000 mg calcium and 500 mg magnesium per serving.

These two minerals work together to support normal neural, muscular, and blood vessel function, healthy fluid balance, and the formation and maintenance of a healthy skeleton. The tablets are not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut, or sesame ingredients.

Ingredients

Calcium (Carbonate, Citrate, Ascorbate) 1,000 mg, Magnesium (Oxide, Citrate, Ascorbate) 500 mg per serving. Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Vegetarian Coating (hypromellose, calcium carbonate, polydextrose, glycerin, medium-chain triglycerides), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
