Olbas Oil is a longstanding Swiss aromatherapy formula made from essential oils of peppermint, eucalyptus, cajeput, wintergreen, juniper, and clove. Olbas says it's designed to enhance the breathing passages and release relaxing aromatics into the air, making it useful both as an inhalant and a massage oil.
For inhalation, a few drops on a tissue or in hot water for steam works well; for massage, it can be applied generously to muscles, joints, or feet for comfort. The 1.01 fl oz (30 mL) bottle comes in cobalt blue glass to protect the oils from sunlight.
