This multi-purpose mix combines a gluten-free flour blend of sweet white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, and xanthan gum with baking powder, sugar, and salt, so all you need to add is butter and milk or water.

One package makes about 18 biscuits, but Bob's Red Mill also suggests it for pancakes, scones, shortcakes, casseroles, and pot pies. It's certified gluten free and Kosher Pareve.
