This 22 oz jar of U.S. Grade A honey from YS Eco Bee Farms is truly raw: unfiltered, unpasteurized, and never heated, so its natural enzymes, vitamins, and minerals stay intact. It's sourced from healthy bees across eco-friendly, diverse regions in the USA and Canada.

Because it's raw, the honey naturally crystallizes over time rather than staying syrupy; that's a sign it hasn't been processed. It's Kosher certified. As with all honey, it should not be given to infants under one year of age.
