Viet Way Vietnamese Rice Paper (Square) is a 22cm square wrapper made from rice flour, tapioca starch, water, and salt. Briefly dipped in water, it turns soft and pliable, ready to wrap fresh spring rolls or other Vietnamese-style fillings.
