NOW Organic Senna Mint Tea combines organic senna leaves with organic peppermint leaves for a caffeine-free herbal tea traditionally used to support occasional digestive comfort and regularity.

Each tea bag contains only these two organic herbs — no other added ingredients — and the tea is USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, and Kosher certified.

Steep one bag in 6-8 oz of boiling water for 4-6 minutes. The label advises occasional use only, no more than two cups a day and not for more than 1-2 weeks at a time.
