These empty size "0" capsules give you a blank shell to fill with your own powdered herbs, vitamins, or other supplements at home, at whatever potency you choose.
The vegetarian shells are made from hypromellose (HPMC) and water, contain no animal products, and are free of yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, sugar, and starch. Size "0" capsules typically hold about 400-500 mg of powder, depending on the ingredient.
A simple, economical way to encapsulate bulk powders yourself rather than buying pre-filled capsules.
