NOW processes this butterbur to remove pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs), so it is suitable for regular use. The formula is free of wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, and tree nuts. Not recommended for pregnant or nursing women or those with liver disease; take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily.
