Bob's Red Mill built this muesli on the traditional recipe developed by Dr. Maximilian Bircher-Benner, combining gluten-free whole grain oats with raisins, dried cranberries, dried apples, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, and brown rice crisps.

Enjoy it hot as porridge, cold with milk, or soaked overnight with yogurt and shredded apple. It's certified gluten-free, Kosher Pareve, and Non-GMO Project Verified.
