Tea Tree Therapy's Antiseptic Ointment brings together macadamia nut oil, tea tree oil (Melaleuca alternifolia), eucalyptus radiata oil, and lavender and rose geranium oils in a natural beeswax base. The brand uses the gentler Eucalyptus australiana variety for a softer scent than other eucalyptus oils.
Meant for external use, the 2 oz ointment is applied two to three times daily to minor rashes, cuts, abrasions, sunburn, and insect bites, where its oil-and-beeswax base forms a water-repellent protective layer. It is not tested on animals.
