NOW Magnesium Topical Spray delivers a concentrated solution of magnesium chloride hexahydrate sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands, combined with water.
The non-greasy spray is applied directly to clean, dry skin, 2 to 5 sprays at a time, and massaged in until absorbed; four sprays provide about 66 mg of elemental magnesium.
A light salt residue may appear after use and can be wiped away; it can also be added to warm water for a foot soak.
