Description

Each fast-dissolving strip from Essential Source delivers 2,000 mcg of B12 as methylcobalamin, along with 5 mg of vitamin B6 (P5P), 800 mcg of folic acid (5-MTHF), and 2,500 mcg of biotin.

The strip dissolves on the tongue for sublingual absorption, is naturally sweetened with stevia, and the brand notes it contains no egg, fish, shellfish, gluten, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, or soy.

Adults take one to two strips daily, letting each dissolve fully and swishing for about 30 seconds for best absorption.
